If your jewelry arrives defective, damaged or incorrect item, you may return it within 14 days for a refund or replacement (if available). Please contact us via email: sacredlotusstrands@gmail.com for return instructions.
If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of delivery date, we are happy to repair it at no charge to you (if repairable). You will be responsible for additional shipping fees. Please submit a repair form.
If your measurement is inaccurate in your order, we are happy to resize it within 14 days of delivery date for a $12 fee plus shipping & handling. It is important that you measure your wrist correctly. Please submit resize form. No refunds.
